Payment Support
For payment issues, use the subject [URGENT] Payment Issue and include your order ID, 12-digit UTR, payment email, and transaction date. Do not include banking passwords or your UPI PIN.
UPI payments are verified manually. Premium activates only after approval. If you have already submitted a reference, check its status before making another payment.
Progress and Renewals
Save Progress links your email so you can restore access on another device. For an existing paid subscription, use Restore with the email or phone provided at payment.
Premium expires after 60 days. There are no automatic charges or renewal reminders in the current UPI flow.
